Stephane Dubos, Executive Director–Power & Renewables, Natixis

Biography

Stéphane Dubos joined Natixis in 2010. Since 2015, he has been Executive Director in the Power & Renewables team which contributes to implement and coordinate globally for the bank the strategy, development, origination and risk management for the sector.

Stéphane has 15 years’ experience in structured finance, both in infrastructure and power & renewables. He has arranged various financings in Europe, and contributed to the development of the offshore wind sector at Natixis through the first MLA positions of the Bank in this sector. Stéphane also advised French VPP Exeltium in 2015 for its refinancing, and took part in 2016 to buy-side advisory mandates involving renewables IPPs.

Prior to joining Natixis, Stéphane was in charge at EDF EN of structuring non-recourse financings in France and French overseas territories. Before that, he was part of the BNP Paribas Project Finance team where he structured deals in the power and renewables sector in Europe. He had previously worked for 5 years in the energy project finance team at Dexia.

Stéphane graduated from Ecole des Ponts – ParisTech (ENPC).
