Biography
As Secretary-General of RECS International Jared works on the consumer-driven market for renewable electricity in Europe and around the world.
He is a leading expert in the market for Guarantees of Origin and other electricity tracking instruments. Recently Jared began the International REC Standard Foundation, which implements and standardizes attribute tracking systems around the globe.
Jared is an active member of a number of technical working groups and advises companies on issues related to attribute and emissions accounting.
