Cyndi Kohuska

Biography
Cyndi Kohuska joined Danone in 2018 as Global Manager Energy and Utilities for all Danone Business. Included in her responsibilities is leading Danone to meet their RE100 Goals on Scope 2 emissions as well as developing renewable steam projects for the Nature & Cycles Sustainability agenda.
Prior to Danone, Cyndi was Global Leader Renewable Energy with Nestle where she built and led renewable procurement strategy and lead Nestle to reach their 2020 targets by end of 2017. Cyndi has a multi-industry background working with Swiss Air Group, Dupont de Nemours and at the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe.
Cyndi has a strong background in on site and off site renewable energy projects including own investment and steam and power purchase agreements. Cyndi was co-Chair of the WBCSD first working group on PPAs and was a main contributor to the Corporate Renewable Power Purchase Agreements – Scaling up Globally, Power Purchase Agreements in Argentina, and the IFRS Accounting for Power Purchase Agreements. She currently represents Danone at the WBCSD Climate and Energy working groups and is on the Steering Committee of the RESource Platform.
Originally from Canada, Cyndi has both Canadian and French Nationalities. She holds a Masters of Natural Resources Management and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Manitoba.
