Stéphane Dubos

Biography
Stéphane Dubos joined Natixis in 2010. Since 2015, he has been Executive Director within the Power & Renewables Infrastructure Industry Group of Natixis. This team contributes to define the strategy for the sector, initiate and coordinate M&A and Investment Banking activities, share sectorial expertise with other business lines, and provide opinions on any significant business or credit decisions.
Stéphane previously had a 15 years experience in structured finance both in infrastructure and power & renewables. He notably contributed to the development of the offshore wind finance at Natixis, and advised French VPP Exeltium in 2015 for its refinancing. As Industry Banker, Stéphane took part recently to M&A buy-side or ECM advisory mandates involving renewables IPPs.
Prior to joining Natixis, Stéphane was in charge at EDF EN of structuring non-recourse financings in France and French overseas territories. Before that, he was part of the BNP Paribas Project Finance team where he structured deals in the Power & Renewables sector in Europe. He started his career in the Project Finance team of Dexia.
Stéphane graduated from Ecole des Ponts – ParisTech (ENPC).
