Biography

Jean-Pascal Pham-Ba is Secretary General and spokesperson of Terrawatt Initiative, a global non-profit association focused on accelerating the Energy Revolution which will see a triple shift (i) modernization of our energy systems, (ii) universalization of the access to power and (iii) decarbonization of the power generation sector, for the benefit of all humanity.

Jean-Pascal is also a co-founder of Solairedirect (now Engie Solar), a leading international solar power developer, where he held senior/executive positions as General Counsel, member of the executive committee and of which he is now an advisor. He was previously a lawyer with the global firm Gide, where he developed a financial, corporate, energy and dispute resolution practice for utilities and energy companies as well as financial institutions.

He started his career with the legal department of Paribas.
