Attendees are free to book a hotel of their choice. However, we have secure a limited amount of rooms at the conference hotel. They are offered at a preferential rate including breakfast.
How to get there
From all directions, follow Ring Amsterdam (A10). Take exit RAI (S109) and follow direction RAI/Centrum (S109) at the traffic lights. Follow the signs direction Amsterdam-Zuid (S109). You drive straight on (passing the RAI Congress Centre on your left hand) and you follow the right lane, into the Scheldestraat. At the traffic lights you drive straight on and after 500 meters Hotel Okura Amsterdam appears at your right hand side. The hotel has its own ample parking facilities. The parking fee is € 4 per hour, € 19.50 for a full day and € 35.00 overnight.
By train or public transport
From Central Station: take metro 51 (to Westwijk), metro 54 (to Gein) or metro 53 (to Kraaienneststation) to the Amstel Station. At the Amstel Station, take tram 12 (to Sloterdijk), stopping-place Scheldestraat. Travelling time: ± 22 minutes.
From Station Amsterdam-Zuid: take bus 65 (to KNSM Eiland), stopping-place Scheldestraat. Travelling time: ± 15 minutes.
From Amstel Station: take tram 12 (to Sloterdijk), stopping-place Scheldestraat. Travelling time: ± 15 minutes.
From Station RAI: a 15 minute walk to Hotel Okura Amsterdam.
If you are traveling from Schiphol International Airport to Hotel Okura Amsterdam we advise you to always use the taxis at the official taxi stand. Please do not use the service of the taxi drivers that are waiting for you indoors. Travel time is between 15-20 minutes.
